Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Blueline Analytics ("we," "us") collects through bluelinedata.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and in plain language.

1. Information we collect

• Waitlist sign-ups. Your email address and anything else you choose to give us in the form: your role (for example, flipper or lender), the plan you'd consider, where you invest or lend, and any notes. We also record which page you signed up from.
• Account information. When you create an account: your email address and password. Your password is handled by Amazon Cognito (Amazon Web Services), which stores it in protected, hashed form. We never see it. We also keep your plan, subscription status, trial and billing dates, and whether you are a founding member.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's checkout page, and Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy. We don't receive or store your full card number. From Stripe we receive a customer ID, your plan and price, subscription and payment status (for example, whether a payment failed), and billing dates. Stripe may also give us your billing name, country, and postal code.
• Report requests. The property addresses, strategy, price, and notes you submit when you request a report, and when you submitted them.
• Sign-in data in your browser. To keep you signed in, the site stores sign-in tokens from Amazon Cognito in your browser's local storage. They are removed when you sign out. They aren't used for advertising or tracking.
• Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Demo inputs. When you change assumptions in a sample report (price, rehab, rent, loan terms), the changes are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us or saved. They disappear when you close or reload the page.

This site does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

2. How we use information

• To create and secure your account, verify your email, and let you sign in and reset your password.
• To process subscriptions, trials, renewals, and cancellations, and to apply your plan's features, report limits, and any founding-member price lock.
• To queue and prepare the reports you request.
• To send service emails, such as verification and password-reset codes, payment receipts and failed-payment notices from Stripe, and notices about your subscription. These are part of the service, so you can't opt out of them while you have an account.
• To manage the waitlist and contact you about early access, launch, and pricing.
• To answer your questions and requests.
• To understand, in aggregate, who is interested and what they need, so we can build the right product.
• To keep the site secure and to comply with the law.

3. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us run the service. They may use it only to provide their services to us: Amazon Web Services (hosts the site and stores account, subscription, report-request, and waitlist data; Amazon Cognito handles sign-in and sends account emails), Stripe (payments and billing), and Microsoft 365 (our email).
• If required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information.

4. How long we keep it

We keep account information and report requests while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, plan, and report-request data within 30 days. We keep billing and transaction records as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally up to seven years), and Stripe keeps its own records under its policies. We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or until we no longer need it to contact you about Blueline Analytics.

5. Your choices

You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account page. You can ask us at any time to delete your account, to remove you from the waitlist, or to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, by emailing support@bluelinedata.com. Every marketing or early-access email we send will include a way to opt out. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law; contact us and we will honor applicable requests.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, but no website or transmission over the internet is completely secure.

7. Property data in reports

Reports show information about properties, such as addresses, parcel numbers, recorded sale prices, listing prices, and property characteristics. In Maricopa County this comes from county public records; in other states it comes from licensed national property data. Rent estimates and rental listing comps: Data provided by RentCast. This is information about properties, not information collected from you.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell account holders and waitlist members by email.
