Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Blueline Analytics ("we," "us") collects through bluelinedata.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it short and in plain language.

The short version: if you join the waitlist, we collect your email and the optional details you type in, and we use them only to contact you about Blueline Analytics. We don't sell your information. The demo on this site doesn't save what you type into it.

1. Information we collect

Waitlist sign-ups. Your email address and anything else you choose to give us in the form: your role (for example, flipper or lender), the plan you'd consider, where you invest or lend, and any notes. We also record which page you signed up from.
Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Demo inputs. When you change assumptions in a sample report (price, rehab, rent, loan terms), the changes are calculated in your browser and are not sent to us or saved. They disappear when you close or reload the page.

This site does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

2. How we use information

To manage the waitlist and contact you about early access, launch, and pricing.
To answer your questions and requests.
To understand, in aggregate, who is interested and what they need, so we can build the right product.
To keep the site secure and to comply with the law.

3. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers who help us run the site and the waitlist, such as our cloud provider (Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site and stores waitlist sign-ups) and our email provider. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
If required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
As part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information.

4. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or until we no longer need it to contact you about Blueline Analytics.

5. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to remove you from the waitlist, or to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, by emailing kmartin@capitaldfc.com. Every email we send about early access will include a way to opt out. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law; contact us and we will honor applicable requests.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, but no website or transmission over the internet is completely secure.

7. Property data in reports

Reports show information about properties, such as addresses, parcel numbers, recorded sale prices, listing prices, and property characteristics. In Maricopa County this comes from county public records; in other states it comes from licensed national property data. Rent estimates and rental listing comps: Data provided by RentCast. This is information about properties, not information collected from you.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell waitlist members by email.
